Research is increasingly about collaboration. Whether you’re working as part of a research lab, co-authoring a paper, or sharing papers with collaborators, it should be easy to move your work where it’s needed.
Here are four ways you can collaborate with ResearchRabbit on the free plan, followed by a step-by-step guide on each:
Share collections by inviting collaborators or making them viewable with a public link.
Export full sets of papers to share with others or use in tools like Zotero, EndNote, or Mendeley.
Copy text or take a screenshot if you just need a really quick way to share something.
Share a citation for an article.
How to share a collection
Inviting collaborators to your ResearchRabbit collection is the easiest and most flexible option. In Edit Collection you can:
Share with Public Link: anyone you send the link to can view the collection
Invite Collaborators: you can choose if those you invite will be an Editor or Viewer
You can also update your Collaborators access, or check to see if they have accepted your invitation, in Edit Collection.
Anyone you share with can view your notes and if there are subcollections in a collection these will also be shared.
It’s really easy to move or copy articles (one by one or in bulk) between collections, so you might like to create unshared private collections and move articles across to your shared collection when you are ready. Learn more about organizing your articles with collections →
