Research is increasingly about collaboration. Whether you’re working as part of a research lab, co-authoring a paper, or sharing papers with collaborators, it should be easy to move your work where it’s needed.
You can export full sets of papers to share with others or use in tools like Zotero, EndNote, or Mendeley. Export options are included on the free plan.
You can also copy text or take a screenshot if you just need a quick way to share something.
To export papers
Go to your Library and open the Collection you want.
Select the papers you want, or click the Select all icon.
Tip: You can include papers from multiple collections in your export.
Choose the Export option.
Choose BibTeX, RIS, or CSV.
Click Export.
How to screenshot your collection
Taking a screenshot is often the easiest way to share your collection, especially if you want to include a visual map in your paper or presentation.
Go to your Library.
Open the Collection you want to share.
Take a screenshot or use a snipping tool:
Mac: Shift + Command + 4
Windows: Windows key + Shift + S
Save or share the image.
Many publishers require that tools used to create figures or visualizations are cited. If you include a visual map in a paper or presentation, you may need to cite ResearchRabbit as the tool used. Here's how you can cite us.
Sharing collections (coming soon)
We’re actively working on tools to share full collections directly in ResearchRabbit, so collaborators can explore the same set of papers without exporting or leaving the app.
For now, exporting papers or sharing a screenshot is the best way to share a collection.
