If you need a receipt or invoice for your ResearchRabbit Plus subscription, you can download it at any time. ResearchRabbit uses Stripe for billing, so all of your receipts and invoices are stored safely in your personal billing portal. You can access them directly from your account settings.
This guide walks you through where to find your billing information and how to download the documents you need.
Where to find your subscription details
Getting to your billing portal only takes a few clicks. Here is how to access it:
Click the RR+ button in the top right corner of ResearchRabbit.
Select Account Settings.
In the pop up window, choose Subscriptions.
Find your active subscription and click Manage.
This will open your Stripe billing portal, where you can view payment methods, update your billing information, and access all of your invoices.
Downloading a receipt or invoice
Once you are inside your billing portal, scroll to the bottom of the page until you reach Invoice History.
Look for the payment you need a receipt or invoice for.
Click the date of that payment.
This opens the full invoice page, hosted on Stripe.
Use the buttons at the bottom to Download invoice or Download receipt.
What you can do in the billing portal
Your Stripe billing portal allows you to:
Update your payment method
Change your billing address or contact information
Download receipts or invoices for any billing period
Cancel your subscription if needed
Everything updates in real time, and any changes you make are applied to your next billing cycle.
