What is the Analyze tab in ResearchRabbit?

You've planted your seeds and grown your search. Now it's harvest time! Meet Analyze, the bird's-eye view of every article your search has turned up so far.

The Analyze tab shows you the whole landscape around your search in one view. You can spot patterns, filter by what matters to you, and pick a new direction to dig into.

Where does Analyze fit in your search?

Every search in ResearchRabbit has three tabs along the top:

  • Add: the Seed articles you planted that create your citation network. The number shows how many seeds you have.

  • Grow: the recommendations ResearchRabbit finds from your seeds. The number shows how many results you have, based on the seeds you’ve added.

  • Analyze: every article connected to your search, ready to explore from new angles. The number next to Analyze is the total number of articles in your map’s extended network.

If Add is planting and Grow is tending, Analyze is the harvest (look for the carrot). It's where you step back, see the whole field, and choose where to dig in next.

What can I do in Analyze?

  • Find where two or more topics intersect

  • See how that overlap has grown over time, and spot where it’s still thin

  • Layer keywords, dates, and article details to narrow your articles

  • Pick a theme from Suggested Keywords or write your own to focus on one research area

  • Open your matching articles as a rabbit-hole and merge the best ones back in as Seeds
