Didn't get your verification email?

How to check for your verification email and how to whitelist the ResearchRabbit domain in Gmail and Outlook so future emails reach your inbox.

Written by Kelly Rummins

When you first sign up to ResearchRabbit we'll send you a verification email. This usually arrives within a minute.

If you haven't received yours:

  • Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder

  • Search your inbox for no-reply@researchrabbit.ai or the subject line "Verify your email"

  • Make sure you're checking the same email address you used to sign up

  • Wait a few minutes, then resend the verification email if needed

Using an institutional email?

Institutional email addresses with strict spam filters can sometimes block verification emails. If this might apply to you, try whitelisting the ResearchRabbit domain and resending the verification code.

⚠️ Using an institution-managed email account? Whitelisting may not be possible from your end. Contact your IT team and ask them to whitelist researchrabbit.ai at the server level.
