How do Country Discounts work?
If your country is eligible for a Country Discount, you'll be presented a promo code. Use this promo code at checkout to apply the discount.
Does my country get a discount?
To check if your country qualifies for a Country Discount, you can either visit the Pricing page on our website, or check within ResearchRabbit:
Open the Upgrade menu within ResearchRabbit.
If your country has a discount available, you'll see a button appear that will reveal your code.
Can I get a discount for being in another low-income situation?
Not currently. We're a very small team so we unfortunately don't have the bandwidth to cover individual cases of financial hardship.
Country Discounts are a broad way of catching some low-income scenarios. We totally acknowledge that money is a struggle for a lot of researchers, even in high purchasing-power countries. In future we'd love to introduce new initiatives towards research equity for these cases, but for now we hope Country Discounts are a decent first step.
Can I use Country Discounts in conjunction with promotions?
Unfortunately you can only apply one promotional code at checkout, so you cannot stack your country discount code with any other promotional discount code. You'll need to choose whichever gives you the best deal.
